Create Reports Feature

Using the Reports tool, you can access many different views of your records as a CSV or PDF.

With Chronicle you can produce the following reports:

Inventory Summary - The sum total of each plot type/asset in your cemetery, giving a quick overview of your inventory.

Activity Summary -  Describes the number of new right of interments (ROI) sold and interments added in the selected date range.   

Note, the date range uses the interment date field to filter the interments and payment date field for the ROI.

Interments - Generates a full list of interments and their details within the selected date range. Hint, leave the interment date field blank to create a list of all interments in the cemetery.

Right of Interment - Generates a full right of interment list and their details within the selected payment date range. Hint, leave the date field blank to create a list of all ROI in the cemetery.

People - Generate a list of all people, no matter if they are a ROI, next of kin, interment, etc. Use the name field to filter for a particular family.

Business - Generate a list of all businesses related to the cemetery.

How to generate report

  1. From your cemetery main page, click the report button.

  2. Choose the type of report you want to generate.

  3. Select the section, or you can select all section.

  4. Choose your preference for file type (note: if you generate the reports with many attributes, the software will automatically choose CSV as the file type).

  5. Click GENERATE and the software will generate a report on the side bar. Click download
