With Chronicle you can automatically generate a certificate for every plot on your cemetery. We also support a custom certificate format for every cemetery, To have a custom certificate added, please email us at support@chronicle.rip with an MS Word document (preferred) or PDF of the certificate you would like us to add.

There are a few limitations to our custom format certificate:.

1. We can’t accommodate checkbox.

2. We can’t accommodate drop-down options.

3. The certificate will always be made in A4 (portrait) paper format.

4. The certificate will be generated as a PDF.

If your cemetery doesn’t have a specific certificate format, Chronicle provides default format for every cemetery. Chronicle provided you with default format for Interment Authorization, Burial Order, ROI/Deed Certificate, and application for grant ROI.

How to Generate a Certificate

This simple step to generate a certificate

1. From your cemetery main page, search/select the designated plot that certificate would be generated

   

2. From the side panel of the plot details. Click "Edit Interment"

   

3. Under the edit interment form, you can find Create Certificate Menu

   

4. Click on “Create Certificate” menu and then you can select the certificate that wanted to be generated

   

5. If you got this kind of notification then you need to allow pop-ups for our website on your browser

   

6. Take a look at the top right of your browser and click on the first icon from left

   

   after that choose “Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://map.chronicle.rip” and click done

   

7. Click on “Create Certificate” menu and then you can select the certificate that wanted to be generated
