How to Convert Files from PDF to Word (3rd Party Online Service)

  1. Open your internet browser and type ilovepdf.com

  2. Choose the service that you need, for converting PDF to Word files then choose PDF to Word

  1. And then click on select PDF Files and input the files that you want to convert, you can also drag and drop the files that you want to convert into the browser.

  2. Choose no OCR and then click convert to WORD

  3. Click on Download WORD and your files will be downloaded

  4. You can check on the bottom left of your screen, and open the files simply by clicking it.

  5. Don't forget to click enable editing when you want to edit the files that you just downloaded

  6. For privacy ilovepdf always delete your files automatically after 2 hours, or you can click on delete it now if you want to delete your files right now.

Add text on PDF Tutorial (Offline)

  1. Open your web browser and go to PDF24 Creator site to download their free PDF Editor and click the download button.

  2. Choose the suitable version of PDF24 creator, if you’re using Windows 10 or newer then you should choose the first option, after that the PDF24 Creator download will begin. After you finish the download, open the file by simply clicking it (on your bottom-left screen) to install PDF24 Creator.

  3. After you finish installing PDF24 Creator you can open the software to start editing your PDF, the GUI will be looked like this, and for editing your PDF you can choose the edit PDF menu.

  4. Click choose file to input the pdf files that you want to be edited, or you can just drag and drop the files onto the software.

    After that your file will be automatically opened and the GUI will look like this.

  5. To add text to your PDF files you can use this tool on the upper left side. The tools will give you a text box that can generate any text that you type.

  6. You can drag and drop the text box to your designated area, you can start changing the text by double click in the text box. You can also use the menu to change the font styling like font type, size, alignment, etc.

  7. After finish on editing the pdf files, you can save it by simply clicking on the disc button on your top left side of the software and choose the location where the files want to be saved.

Add Signature on PDF (Offline)

  1. Open PDF24 Creator and click on Sign PDF menu

  2. Click choose file to input the pdf files that you want to be signed, or you can just drag and drop the files onto the software

    After that your file will be automatically opened and the GUI will look like this.

  3. To add a signature to your PDF file click the pencil button on the top side of the application

    Then a new box will appear and you can draw your signature or you can upload your signature if you already have one.

    After you finish drawing or uploading your signature, click on the check button to save your signature.

    Next step is to click on a signature that you want to add to the document.

    You can also move the signature to your designated area.

  4. To save your signed document you can click on the disc icon on the top left side of the software
